When selling goods and operating our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you contact us regarding our products and services, we will process the contact details you provide to us, primarily through the contact form. This includes personal data to the following extent:

1. Personal details such as your first and last name, delivery address, billing address where applicable, telephone number and e-mail address, the subject of the order, or other information necessary to process your order;
2. Data related to accessing and using our website and online store, in particular data related to the creation of your user account and data necessary for communication with you;
3. Data related to disputes and debt recovery, including data related to or generated from court proceedings, disputes, negotiations, statements, defence or other related communications or activities;
4. Other personal data derived or generated from the permitted purposes stated above.

For what purpose?

Based on the personal data provided, we will subsequently contact you in connection with our offer of goods.

What is the legal basis for processing?

The processing is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

How long will we process personal data?

Your personal data will be deleted as soon as its retention is no longer necessary for the permitted purposes or if you withdraw your consent (where applicable) and we are no longer legally required or otherwise entitled to retain such data.

B. Processing of personal data when making a purchase

If you make a purchase from us, we will process the personal data that we require in order to enter into a contract for the provision of our goods or services. This primarily includes billing details: first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

For what purpose?

We need to process personal data in order to fulfil our obligations arising from the contract – the delivery of goods. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any complaints or claims, or your questions.

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of the delivery of goods or provision of services and subsequently for 10 years from the last provision of such services or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletter (commercial communication)

If you have purchased goods or services from us and at the same time have not expressly refused to receive marketing communications, we will use your e-mail address to send you our marketing communications.

What is the legal basis for processing?

The processing is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interests, namely marketing communications targeted at our customers.

How long will we process personal data?

II. Who has access to the data?

Your personal data will remain with us. However, certain companies that work for us have access to your personal data in order to help us operate our online store:

• request the deletion of personal data in certain circumstances,
• request the portability of personal data,
• object to processing based on legitimate interests.

If you believe that we are not handling your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is:
Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic,
or you may seek judicial remedy.

Effective date of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective from 1 November 2020.
