How will we deliver your order?
Choose the delivery method that suits you best. We can deliver your order to a pick-up point, a Z-BOX, directly to your home, by courier or post, or you can collect it in person.
Orders over €60 qualify for FREE shipping When the conditions for free shipping are met, you will not be charged for delivery.

Packeta – pick-up point or Z-BOX

- Payment is possible by cash on delivery, payment card or bank transfer.
- The standard delivery time is approximately 24 hours after your order has been processed.
- You can find a list of pick-up points and their details HERE\.
- Once your parcel has been delivered to the pick-up point, you will be notified by email and SMS.
- The standard storage period is 7 days at Packeta pick-up points and 2 days in a Z-BOX.

Packeta – home delivery

- Payment is possible by cash on delivery, payment card or bank transfer.
- The standard delivery time is approximately 24 hours after your order has been processed.
- The Packeta courier can deliver your parcel to your home, office, workplace or another selected address in Slovakia.

GLS courier
€3.60
- Payment is possible by cash on delivery or payment card.
- The estimated delivery time is approximately 24 hours after dispatch.
- For successful delivery on the first attempt, we recommend providing an address where you are available during the day.

Slovak Post – parcel to a post office
€4.30
- This price applies when paying in advance by payment card or bank transfer.
- The parcel is normally delivered within approximately 24 hours after dispatch.
- When placing your order, you can select the post office where your parcel will be available for collection.
- Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you information by email, including the parcel tracking number.
- The parcel will be held at the post office for collection for 18 days.
No delivery charge
Personal collection – FREE
You can collect your order in person at one of our two collection points. Payment can be made in advance or in cash upon collection.

For orders delivered outside Slovakia, payment is only possible in advance by payment card or bank transfer.
