How to shop on Milva.sk?
You can place your order easily in just a few steps. Choose your favourite products, select delivery and payment, add your gift and confirm your order.
Choose your products
Add the product you would like to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking the “Buy” button. You can then continue shopping and choose more of your favourite products or go directly to your cart.
You can add several different items to your cart and choose the required quantity for each one. Once you have finished selecting your products, go to your cart, for example by clicking the cart icon in the top-right corner of the online store.
Enter your contact details and choose delivery and payment
In your cart, select your preferred delivery and payment method. The delivery price will be displayed according to the selected delivery method and the details of your order.
Continue by entering your contact details. Please make sure that your telephone number and e-mail address are correct so that the carrier can properly inform you about the delivery of your parcel.
Choose your gift
If a gift is available with your order, click the “Choose another gift” button. A selection of available gifts will be displayed.
Click on the gift of your choice to add it to your order free of charge.
Confirm your order
Click the “Continue” button and check your order summary, contact details, address, delivery method and payment method once again.
Once your order has been successfully completed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
If you selected bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive an e-mail with the payment details. We will dispatch your order after the payment has been received.
On the day your order is dispatched, we will send you an information e-mail. The parcel will then be delivered to the address provided in your order according to the terms and delivery time of the selected carrier.
Your order is on its way to us
Once you submit your order, we will take care of preparing it and handing it over to the carrier. We will keep you informed by e-mail about important changes to the status of your order.
