When shopping through our online store, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within the statutory period.
14 days to withdraw from the contract from the date you receive the goods
14 days to send the goods back after withdrawing from the contract
14 days for the refund from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal
How returns work
Basic conditions for returning goods
- When shopping through the online store, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract.
- The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods.
- We will refund the payment no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
- We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until proof of their return shipment has been provided.
- The right to make a claim regarding defective goods remains unaffected.
Opened or used cosmetic products
The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
For cosmetic products, opening, using or consuming part of the contents may result in a reduction in the value of the product. The amount of the reduction in value is assessed individually according to the condition of the returned product.
